CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 30% service fee based on the total service price. Clients are considered a no-show if they do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. No-shows will be charged a 30% service fee and may be required to prepay deposits for future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
